I've read that Federal prosecutors have something like a 98% conviction rate in court cases.

Thanks for the cliche.

Actually, it's the investigators who need to prove in a court that there were adequate legal reasons to get warrants.

James Comey and Deputy Director Andrew McCabe did not have adequate legal reasons to get warrants and open a case.

We knew this several years ago. And that includes a couple years where Jeff Sessions did nothing.
