This is going to keep lawyers busy for years.

The moral of the story is, if you are an Uber driver, don't try to remove an unruly passenger from the car. Let the police do it.

I know it cuts into the amount of money the driver is going to make, but there are just too many ways it can go wrong.

I don’t think the driver had a choice in this case...The driver should not keep on driving while he is being punched in the face...He could have crashed his car...He and the passenger could both have been killed in that case...

She broke his glasses. Can’t legally operate the vehicle if it’s on his license.

If she was robbing him with a knife instead of just repeatedly assaulting him, would there be any questions?

Hitting the driver on the highway is a good way to try to cause a car crash.
