Vitamin-D 6,000 mg would kill him the first day. I think he meant IU. 40,000IU is about 1mg
That’s got to be it. The importance of vitamin D in maintaining a healthy immune system as one ages is something my doctor is on about at every annual check-in.
I figured it couldn’t hurt, but looking into it, there’s some very sound evidence.
