In southern, low impact areas where flu season is essentially over, send barbers, hairstylists, etc back to work. Test the barbers for corona once a week

Folks, some tests are sensitive and some are not - if you are not very sick, it won’t pick it up. And some tests are sensitive but inaccurate: wrong half the time.
Some tests cost a whole lot of money and need to be saved for when they are absolutely essential. Sometimes it takes time to optimize a test and bring down its cost.
I’m just trying to point out that things are not always as simple as they may seem. Why haven’t we cured cancer yet?
