Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergies and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and key member of the White House coronavirus task force, on Wednesday suggested that Americans should never shake hands again.
"When you gradually come back, you don't jump into it with both feet. You say what are the things you could still do and still approach normal. One of them is absolute compulsive hand washing. The other is you don't ever shake anybody's hands," Fauci told The Wall Street Journal's podcast.
"I don't think we should ever shake hands ever again, to be honest with you. Not only would it be good to prevent coronavirus disease, it probably would decrease instances of influenza dramatically in this country," the doctor added.

If gays had given up sex for a year or so, in the 1980s, perhaps the HIV/AIDS epidemic would be a footnote in history.
Some people, politicians in particular, shake hundreds of hands a day. Even pro basketball players don’t have sex that often.

A town near me already cancelled their 4th of July fireworks.
No doubt.. I cant imagine any large gathering events like that until next year.

Years ago my sister met Rush Limbaugh and was surprised to learn that he was not a hand-shaker.
Politicians have long known that they are sitting ducks for all sorts of bugs going around due to their need to engage in intense hand shaking. In the days before hand sanitizer there was always an aide with a bucket of soap and water waiting back by the limo.
That being said, this Fauci guy is suffering from a Napoleon Complex that makes him think it’s his job to totally reorder American society.

I read he makes $450,000 per year plus at least $90,000 in various benefits . He makes too much to retire . We taxpayers are chumps.
Partner, I did not even know that a government employee making $540,000.00 a year even existed.
Now we know why we have such a convoluted budget deficit every single year.
Fauci in my honest opinion needs to be fired right now, since he is waiting for companies to make a vaccine for this Bud Lite Virus and believe when I say that he will make a ton of $$$ after he gets the vaccine.
He is a Swamp creature in my honest opinion.

Not to worry. The big bucks will come from the phony vaccine he's hawking as the COVID cure-all.
Partner, my friend told me that Fauci will make a ton of $$$ when a company gets the vaccine to him.
This is way to much for this useless individual plus he is known as Dr. Fauci, this makes me cringe when I write this information on this guy Fauci.
I watch another channel when he comes out and says anything to us but I would advise President Trump to watch this guy very carefully.
I think he makes what a POTUS makes a year but we know that President donates his salary.

Partner, Tesla never shook hands with anybody. Of course, these were the days where we did not have sanitizers .
I shake a lot of hands but I do use sanitizer at the end of the day and I also take 7000 mg of vitamin C every day. I have not had the flu or cold in about 10 years.

There are quite a few (approximately 8,000)in the SES Senior Executive Service) class of employee. Most are capped at 190,000 plus benefits. However, there are exceptions. This was started under the “great” president carter.

Partner, first time I could vote I voted for Carter. After 3 years of his administration I really regretted my vote for Carter and I became a Republican.
I voted for President Ronald Wilson Reagan in 1980 and he turned out to be one of the best POTUS's we have ever had.
We have way too many folks in government making these humongous salaries.
Fauci makes more than m regular doctor since my wife's nephew in a Dr. and he delivers babies and he makes around $275,000 each year he is almost 47 years old.
BTW, my wife's nephew is a lot smarter that this guy Fauci.

I heard Sean Hannity say the same thing on yesterday’s program. Adding that fist-bumps will replace handshakes. Conjures up a disturbing picture of a formal business meeting or greeting a grieving friend at a funeral parlor.
