The Best case scenario for Biden before the Kung Flu was about 10 states plus DC.... Due to the long term economic impact, its possible that he may do better than that, but he’s not going to beat Trump.
However, there is no way to blame the economy tanked by this thing on Trump, so the usual dynamic of poor economy helping the opposition is muted at best... And Trump certainly has done a far better job with the economy than Obama/Biden ever did...
Mitchel is either blowing smoke out of her arse, or just playing devils advocate for an interviews sake.
