Not only did Taiwan Health authorities try to notify WHO that there was human-to-human spread in December (I would guess Taiwan has excellent Intel sources in China), Taiwan also announced a travel ban from Wuhan on December 31st! They knew, but We listened to WHO, which should be renamed WET-HO (World Except Taiwan Health Organization).
We should listen to Taiwan much more closely in the future if we have any sense.
