0.02 Microns (size of Covid-19)]

Incorrect. Everything I have read states the average size of Covid-19 is 0.12 microns, on the upper side is 0.16 microns. If an average human hair was the size of a football field, then the Covid-19 virus would be two inches.

Most N-95 masks will filter 95 percent of particles down to 0.2 microns or so. They help in blocking large droplets of virus, but some individual viruses can leak through. So in this article's test, yes, some Covid-19 can get through; but the masks do help block most. Wearing the mask helps prevent ejecting the virus many feet away (not just 6 feet, but up to 26 feet).

My daughter just gave me a couple of older 3M n-95 masks.

I wore one for the first time when I went to a business to sign and pay for my tax filing.

Turns out I am allergic to the straps and have a very itchy neck now. -Tom
