My money is on a national shut down for 2 weeks.

We've been shutdown for 3 weeks now in Colorado. If the quarantine period is 2 weeks, why are we still shutdown?

Because not everyone who will get it got it on the first day. Besides, the two week number is a guess. There are reports of nearly month long incubation periods. Who knows? The Chinese bugmen were playing God with this thing.
