I dont think an oil deal between Russia and SA justifies a face to face corona meeting at 3:30 ( was supposed to be teleconference) and then an unscheduled live potus presser at 7pm on Sunday
Maybe to do with UK
Maybe to announce stronger lockdown recommendations in some areas
Or maybe its comparatively good news about slowing death rates and hospital admissions
We shall see
