People wearing masks.
Plexiglas shields at the checkstands, and you have to hold out your membership card for them to scan.
No order dividers at the checkstands (plastic, dontchaknow).
Then they scotch tape your receipt on the front of the cart, and the exit “greeters” check your receipt from 12 feet away.
Oh, and no TP or nitrile gloves.
At my Costco the shopping carts block the big entrance so only a single file can walk in—only groups of 2 or less per card and you have to wait in a 15 minute line because they only let a few people in at a time. They have several employees walking around with cloths and spray bottles wiping all handles down.
