As I've said before, we've gone from an environment in which the freedom of speech was unlimited except for those who would "yell fire in a crowded theater" to a situation in which the "main stream media" does nothing except "yell fire in a crowded theater."

If this was truly a wartime scenario, there would be penalties for sedition. If we had a well run country, there would be a penalty for plotting a coup against the President.
