Our local paper will give NO information on death details in our county for this reason.
That is not the only explanation. People who are obese, diabetic and have high blood pressure are more at risk. Also people who are ignoring social distancing regulations and refusing to disperse when police come - they are the ones who are bringing the virus home and giving it to their family.

If POCs are dying at a higher rate and it is found impossible to lower that rate then we must ensure that PONCs die at a higher rate in order to equalize the situation, and at an even higher rate until past inequalities are compensated.

Re Kendi and American University. I’m ashamed to say that I went their for graduate school re what it has become today. Back in the Stone Age, the professors of all political orientations, were decent people, good teachers, and fair.
American University began to become a Marxist stronghold in the 70’s or 80’s when it hired Marxist Brady Tyson (kicked out of Brazil for aiding the communists there) as a profession, hired some totally insane leftists as campus chaplains (I knew several of them), and then hired more communists/Marxists and racists like Kendi to run some anti-white, racist, neo-Marxist center on racism.
This type of hiring/infiltration is what has literally crippled, if not destroyed, many of the great former centers of advanced education.
FYI: I just reviewed both a list of supporters of the far-left, anti-Israel “Jews For Peace” in support of communist Angela Davis re her getting an award which was rescinded, then reinstated as well as a list of 1,000 or so “black scholars” etc., who supported anti-American policies (found at Colorline’s website).
You’d be amazed at which universities have large clusters of Marxists/communists, black racists/white hating professors and “center” leaders.

Re the demands of psychopath Warren and commie racist Pressley, the rates of the virus’ occurrence in black communities is like Liz’s Indian blood heritage, .0124%.
Most blacks live in Democrat-run and ruined major cities so when an epidemic spreads in those confined resident areas, it will hit those in it very hard. Just look at the Chinese-filled eldercare home in Washington State, the Italian elderly in Lombardy Province, the death rates of Chinese in Wuhan, etc.
Warren is totally insane and Pressley is a nasty anti-white racist Marxist pig. Oh, and yes, they are Democrats. That helps explain why they are very dangerous to America.

viz -- Ski areas, almost lily white, are right at the top by counties. Sun Valley. Vail. Park City.
In NYC there are disparities, but not huge ones, maybe 2-1. Boro Park, wholly white Jews is right at the top, along with Asian parts of Queens and areas close to LaGuardia airport. But Westchester and Rockland counties, heavily white, are even higher. Westchester is where New Rochelle is, site of first big outbreak. Rockland has lots of Jewish Hasidim, living in large, tight-knot families.
Big cluster in Nw Orleans, but also in white suburban counties around it.
Big cluster in black areas of south georgia -- but growing from one big group attending a black funeral a few weeks back.
Data by counties is available on various sites, esp. New York Times. Most states have official health dept. stats, which is where the times is scraping from, but they have some very neat graphics.
Their text coverage is terrible, but as others have noted on election stats coverage, their graphics are superb.
Now the mayor of Baltimore is demanding that they report the race of those affected by the virus. He thinks that the “white” medical establishment is unfair to blacks. Sigh.
