Looks like garbage factors. It identifies length of commute to work as a high-risk factor without considering how much of that is individual auto commuting as opposed to big city mass transit exposure during relatively short commutes. It also identifies income as a factor, assuming the wealthy can segregate themselves successfully apparently. It seems to be aimed at comforting big city dwellers and making flyover country and suburbs nervous. Their agenda is showing.

Yes it’s totally misleading. It does not chart how likely your area is to get it. It charts your areas ability to cope with an outbreak. In fact if it shows your area to be among the areas most vulnerable it also means your area is unlikely to have an outbreak.
