Of course it is an abridgment the right to peaceably assemble. This is all part of the “Test” to see how far govt can destroy our liberties.

I suppose the proper Constitutional response would be for Congress to suspend the writ of Habeas Corpus. This would free up "authorities" to arrest people without due process.
