Ridiculous comparison. Those parades were 3 weeks later. Much more was known by then.
“The last day of the Mardi Gras season was February 25. That is two weeks before the NBA and MLB canceled/postponed their seasons. That’s four weeks before Florida closed its beaches. As I recall, a lot of folks on this forum ripped the NBA for caceling their season. Who here would have supported a Mardi Gras shut down on February 15?”
