Do the guest hosts broadcast from there or do they sub from other studios?

Other studios. Mark Steyn talks about broadcasting from Ice Station EIB in Northern New Hampshire. I think the other work for other radio stations and use studios there. All avoiding New York so that Andrew Cuomo can't tax the bejeebers out of them.
