More stupidity.
Why order such vaccines if a natural ‘herd’ immunity develops among humans to this virus?
We have no facts regarding this important facet of the disease. Is it even possible? Is it confined to certain blood types or other physical human factors?

Why is it stupid to plan for a contingency? A billion dollars is chump change compared to what this panic has cost so far. It sounds more like a prudent risk than a waste of money, to me.

As long as it has nothing to do with Bill Gates or Mark Zuckerberg.

Has Bill Gates and his vaccine crowd been anywhere near the production of this product?
If so, my vote is to be careful. Make sure Bill’s Clan has taken the dose.
