Navy fighter pilots are ranked best to worst in the carrier fighter wings. It’s posted for everyone to see. You do not want to be on the bottom.
My friend was on the bottom and he quit the Navy from the pressure. He became an ROTC instructor at Troy in NY. Maybe it was to fulfill his contract?
He flew Greyhounds. Delivered passengers, cargo, mail, etc.
There are 50 states and 50 governors...
Same thing.
One of them is the best at “governing” and one of them is the worst.
