“We have got to get people back to work.”
There’s a test to tell whether or not someone already has had the virus, has recovered, and has antibodies. Why not just test people and let those who’ve had it go back to work. That way, all workplaces will have 100% “clean” employees. Then weekly test the others and check their status and return those clean people to the workplaces. Incrementally, we could get businesses up and running. (Last week, Dr. Birx said you can’t get it twice.)
