He was attacking Trump. Said something. Criticizing him not doing something. Trump is delegating the job and they are making the calls. Many people stepping to the plate to help.

Basically accused POTUS of not calling RAT governors. Trump said he doesn’t call governors; that’s what Pence and other people do. Then he added that the Washington governor doesn’t like him, and he doesn’t like the gov back. Has a bug up his butt ‘cause he’s a failed presidential candidate. (At least that’s how I interpreted the question.)
