Maybe Florida is a) doing a better job for its citizens b) plays like a member of a team c) really doesn’t need as much, so their needs are easier to meet.

I think she was implying that Rick DeSantis is GOP, and the Mass. governor isn’t. (I may be wrong about that.)
I think he should’ve said that, and added Obama’s line, “Elections have consequences.”

They are getting a shipment of the Hydroxychloriquine drug because DeSantis has been demanding it for weeks. Meanwhile, Democratic governors are banning it in their states.
Other than that, what is Florida getting that no one else is?
