This SOP for dangerous times. The military always takes precautions to preserve the chain of command. They also do things to maintain the mission readiness. My son is Air Force. His shop is now divided into two teams. They work one week and the next week the other team takes over. Things like this are taking place across the military. They got this.
Also makes me think a lot more is going on, under the hood, than the virus and ‘shutdowns’ and ‘shelter in place’.
The Navy has NOT got this. Well, carrier air hasn’t.
