Best plan is to stay far away from Detoilet and the ghetto dwellers in it.
It’s more than the City of Detroit.
It’s the surrounding Counties too: Wayne, Oakland and Macomb.

Lots of New Yorkers and New Jersey people escaped to Detroit and throughout michigan as things were getting hot , relatives and friends there.
