I read a diy online that instructed to use the material from furnace filters that are designed to remove allergens down to 0.03 microns. Obviously, it wouldn’t be one that has any fiberglass in it. Just cut out a rectangle of the filter material, then use some kind of thin metal to attach it to tighten around the bridge of your nose, and something to fasten it around your head. I don’t remember all the details, but I just googled (actually Bing) how to make an N95 face mask.
