After all - I see the flu numbers put out there all the time with absolute certainty - so quantify this with equal boldness - right here - right now. If Phase 2C had NOT been enacted - and life in America had just gone on as normal - what do you think the final numbers would have been - and what WILL the final numbers BE (let's call the end date the OFFICIAL end of flu season - 30 Sept).
