The House has a choice. It can approve the Senate bill by acclamation or elect to call back all of its members to draft their own bill and then pass it. The House and Senate bills would then have to be reconciled thru a joint committee of both bodies and be put to a vote again. This could take weeks.

Odds are the House will approve thru voice vote.

My understanding is that this is H.R. 748 - Middle Class Health Benefits Tax Repeal Act of 2019. This is not a new bill, it is new amendments to an already existing bill.
