I do see an issue with using BoP. Just like your neighbor can call the cops when your party gets loud at night. This will allow such snitching by any party that observes you doing normal activities [that they are jealous of...].
I dont believe it would stand in court. How is it a breach of peace if I go to someones house? How is it a breach of peace if I go to work?
Very difficult to enforce in court if you are not really doing anything that imposes on others.
It won’t stand in court.
LEO is willing to bet on you not wanting to hire a lawyer and go to a court in 6-8 months to challenge a $75 fine and an infraction that doesn’t matter much more than a traffic ticket.

The real issue with this is when they take your state license to operate a business. That is where it matters. That is where you would need to fight it in court. But in the mean time you are loosing work while fighting in court.
Serious question for any lawyers on FR; From where does she get that authority?
After 10 days of lock down, we still aren't allowed to leave our front yard here in Illinois.
