Taiwan says WHO ignored its coronavirus questions at start of outbreak

Taiwan accused the World Heath Organization of ignoring its questions at the start of the coronavirus outbreak, part of what it has long described as a pattern that puts it at risk because of Chinese pressure to exclude it from international bodies.

Taiwan is barred from membership in the WHO under pressure from China, which views it as a province rather than a state. It responded early to the coronavirus outbreak in China, and has had notable success in limiting contagion so far, with just two deaths and 215 cases.

This. A great deal of where we are at today is because of China, WHO, and the media.

Please know this: if the Democrats win the next election they will give China the green light to invade Taiwan. They will manufacture an ‘aggression’ by Taiwan that will be the excuse for the total destruction of the righteous people of Taiwan. The Left hates Taiwan, because it is the true, patriotic, anti-communist home of the Chinese. It is the legitimate government in exile of the Chinese people. We must RE-elect President Trump if Taiwan is to survive.

Our media, and our politicians own the economic crisis being created. This virus doesn't cause half the people who get it to even have any symptoms, another 30% have symptoms so mild they are capable of ignoring them. The ones who have died were typically old, sick or both, anything that caused a cough or the sniffles might have killed them. Even including all the “victims” from this we were not on track for a particularly bad flu season fatality wise.

This is a bigger pile of nonsense than I could ever have imagined was possible and at least half the people here are still going along with it. Incredible. WHO correctly assessed that this was not that serious and resisted the political pressure and panic for as long as they were capable of.

Of course they did, because Taiwan is not allowed to be part of WHO, since China says they can’t.

And the government at large.

DEMs perpetrate an impeachment based on an imaginary malfeasance, could have been doing something else.

Mask stockpile depeleted and not restocked ... by the government.

The priority is getting power and control. Every crisis is "good" for the government, becuase every crisis is used to grab more power and assert more control.
