Russia reportedly is deploying its Troops of Radiological, Chemical and Biological Defence or RChB Defense to Italy.

Russia has loaded nine Il-76 cargo planes that flew to Italy, with eight mobile medical teams, medical equipment and aerosol disinfection trucks. Moscow also sent about 100 military specialists in virology and epidemics, one special military laboratory and 20 mobile disinfection vehicles.

This chemical response team may be training for the "real thing" in the future, when they march through Ukraine or the Baltic republics if the EUnuch Union collapses and NATO is rendered defenseless.

BTW, I've read that Russian PCR tests for COVID-19 are 10-15x less sensitive than those used in other countries.

Hence, the low numbers of infections in Russia.

Armies have a tendency to march until they are stopped or highly-certain of defeat. If NATO is rendered defenseless, then Russia will include Europe and the Americas. Russia did not become by far the largest country on earth by stopping before it encountered significant opposition.

The lower Russian numbers are due to a population density, social habits not favoring bodily contacts and also permanent flu pandemic due to a climate which produced useful habits on how to avoid viral respiratory infections.
Also the most affected are males over 70 years old and it is roughly a tip of male life expectancy in Russia anyway meaning most people are younger and even if they are getting infection it is unlikely for them to even visit a doctor. For that reason most of the Russian cases are undiagnosed.

I think the average life expectancy for a Russian male is 68 years old or so. COVID-19’s prime demographic group would be 70 years (and up) old male. But in Russia, usually he’ll be dead of alcoholism before reaching 70.

I always knew they would find a market for those contaminated de-contamination vehicles from Chernobyl. What is a free market? A free market exists when demand is met by supply.

Maybe a little sarcastic, forgive me, Lord.

Plenty of Communists in Italy, as well as Italians who wouldn’t mind the Italian peninsula becoming a Russian oblast. Rome’s ancient hauteur is long gone. Maybe some Italian leader in the near future will sign up to become a junior partner to Russia, much as Italy once became a junior partner to Germany many decades ago.

In Italy there are plenty of pro-LGBT liberal lunatics and bigoted Hillary lovers who hold a grudge against Russia.

That’s a grudge the way a chick gets het up over someone saying her outfit looks like tablecloth material. Pure bitchiness.

A concern with actual substance would involve many of the same reasons Russia’s neighbors banded together to prevent this colossus from getting any bigger at their expense, including traditional rivals Britain, France and the Ottoman Empire during the Crimean War. It would also lead to defense expenditures way more substantial than Italy’s current numbers.
