Belgium and China have it in their official guidelines. I have no info whether other countries are using.

New York State also.
New York started using it right when the curve was going to start dropping due to infections dropping overall. The fact that ICU has dropped like a brick in NYC can’t be separated from the fact there are just fewer people coming in the front door. So I think we don’t know what impact its had in NY despite the fact that hospital utilization is way way down.
