Yes, President Trump talked about it quite a bit. I think the ruckus was about Fauci being a bit cautious about it and suggesting it could be tested or used per the FDA’s “compassionate use” protocol.
You can bet Trump has greenlighted this over the bureaucracy like he has so many other things. We are not privy to all the communications flying back and forth.
