Italy fell for it and they are now paying a heavy price, as the deal included importing thousand of Chinese workers. Many of these workers came from the Wuhan region.
China has been doing this all over the world and POTUS appears to be the only one who noticed it and is trying to correct the outright theft by China of infrastructure, precious metals, land etc.

Italy was stupid to get in bed with the chicoms. Its just as bad in Africa as many African nations have loads of natural minerals and oil and gas and who knows some it never explored.
