Hey Rod, at least you get to fish and eat!
Those living in big city coffin apartments have fewer options.
My mayor was on the radio. He is self quarantine, working from his condo. He feels the pain of business, but taxes must be paid as the city workers are vital and services are essential. Sheesh.
This is shutdown part 2. We will learn how many and how much government “services” are truly needed.
Two, the Fed will support small business and citizens. The illegals sitting at home are not bringing in cash the illegals may get a clue and go home. The business’s employing the illegals will not get bailed out and will not return if they employ illegals.
Sounds like interesting times at the very least. I’m going fishing no matter what this will be my opportunity as soon as my hand heals.
If anything needs to be shut down....it's the government.
(AKA: RAT campaign army)
I used to be a “city worker” (transit) before I left for grad school. Right now, I’m glad I no longer am one, even though I miss the paycheck...my old employer’s not cutting service, even though ridership is practically down to one person per vehicle right now, and I suspect there’s gonna be a LOT of residents who were quarantined out of their livelihoods that are pi*ssed at city employees that weren’t laid off, or at least publicly furloughed until this mess is over.
