When are the SpaceX and Amazon internet satellites going on line? I saw that Starlink got FCC approval for a million installs.
As of this week, appx. 360 v1 Starlink satellites are orbited. IIRC from past reading, initial basic service will start rolling out the around 1,200 satellite mark, and scale up from there. There’s a Falcon 9 going up every few weeks with 60 more satellites. This will accelerate rapidly if & when the Starship becomes operational, but at this point, that rocket has not yet flown.
