Myself being a non medical Hi school flunky has always know a virus does not like an acidic environment or host, aka me. So I have stayed loaded up on mass quantities of C for about 50 years
Liposomal C is on my protocol list to take at the first sign of anything. HOwever, all Liposomal C is not the same.
Dont care if people say it doesnt work.
Dont care if Harvard hasnt done a study that concludes it helps with Sepsis as Dr Marik claims.
I am going to use it
So you never got the flu or cold for that time, 50 years?
We always do C in my house in some form.. Oranges and the pill. Love oranges...
thanks
I’m in at 3(Bell Peppers), 4 (Strawberries) an 7 (Broccoli)
Mehmet is the Turkish form of "Mohammed" and I've always thought that dude was about half gay.
This a good article, particularly because they actually list the recommended dosages. A lot of articles dont do that. From the article:
Vitamin C: 3,000 milligrams in divided doses
Vitamin D3: 2,000 International Units daily
Magnesium: 400 milligrams daily
Zinc: 20 milligrams daily
Selenium: 100 micrograms daily
L8R.
I never trusted Dr. Oz. To me, hes 10% physician and 90% carnival barker. But this article is good anyway. Its not his ramblings, but actual information from other doctors, doctors who arent pushing some book.
Nothing yhat took me out of service
Thanks Jim, I just took some Airborne again
Selenium, zinc and C have been know to be Virile fighters
Go read an Air Born label
For those of you who can’t take Vit. C, try Ester-C. It won’t bother your stomach. I’ve been taking it for years.

I second Liposomal C’s value in this fight! Take some Zinc along with it...
