Nothing personal. Really. Someone would have to be out of their minds or simple to consider traveling anywhere and especially a third world cesspool like Ethiopia right now.
I think it foolish to go anywhere that is not absolutely essential.
Not only that but travelers to Ethiopia could infect that country too.
