Well we do have an emergency situation after all....regardless of how people look at it, these are the actions they’re taking to curtail the impact. During 9/11 likewise, the threat was there and measures were taken people didn’t like as well and we were still a Free Republic after....and this administration has brought God and faith back into main street America since then.
All things are quite possible with God and I choose to believe he still wants this nation to be a Nation under God.
..In the meantime He knows exactly where the virus is, and where it is going next, who will get it and who won’t......And since He always does what is wise and good, He has prudent purposes as it concerns this time and season we’re in.

We should all be using common sense and Trump has made some bold, necessary, and effective measures to stop the influx into America.
But I don’t get where the federal government thinks they can tell schools not to require standardized testing. Constitutionally schools are run by the state NOT the feds.
Anyone with half a brain should be very concerned about how the feds so easily exercise what are basically unconstitutional totalitarian powers. Yes, I know we are in a “National Emergency” but remember, although Trump is on the side of America, we are one election away from Mr. Wrong Guy using “national emergencies” and everything else to basally consolidate federal totalitarian powers and America as we know it disappears.
Again, yes, we have this virus thing, but people should notice the ease in which this federal government exercises sweeping powers.
Before firing off flaming replies, consider that the feds may not exercise such powers but we’ve reached the point where the feds have no problem exercising unconstitutional powers if the one(s) in charge see fit to do so.
What I’m talking about is making common sense moves here, but no need to panic, and the ease of implementing some of these measures should give the average American pause.
The Bad Guys are watching all of this and fully intend to use the same effective approached s to do what the left can’t wait to do - take America down.
As I’ve said, we should all be using common sense and Trump has made some bold and necessary measures to stop the influx into America. They are the wolf guarding the hen-house but if the wolf has broken its chain, then the hens he’s supposed to be guarding are at risk.

This ...this is the real truth. WE are running around saving people’s lives ...frankly if my business goes under i will wish i had the virus and was gone. Also, the #s do not support the response IMO. We are talking in HUGE #s of supplies for what seems to be the affected public. Notice Tom Hanks is fine.
I can’t imagine the stress, combined with lack of sleep, these folks have. Plus, they have the challenge to keep up with President Trump! That’s no easy feat. God bless them all.

Yes, I’ve read Others who have spoken as you have and understand the concerns. Trump has given many Gov.s and stte officials broad abilitiy and freedom or states to determine the course they will take regarding schools. I recall a few weeks ago our school officials were meeting and determining the course and actions they would take...if and when.
I also recall many times this president sees first and foremost his responsibility to keep Americans safe as President from any threat we face. That has been consistent from day one. further his trac record tells us that he’s not interested, under normal conditions, to remove the freedoms we have and in fact has shown he desires more freedoms for the people. So I consider what has been done which I might be uncomfortablle with as temporary.
However there has been a paridium shift that is great...there will be changes as a result and things will prove to be handled differently in the future. This is going to show where the dead wood is as well and what, who is not effective.

Let’s see if I get you straight. Fauci agreed with Trump shutting down flights from China while the Rats were calling Trump a racist! Do you remember that?
Oh how about, Fauci agreeing with Trump that the testing system was not set up to handling the testing for this virus and it wasn’t Trump’s fault. So you remember that?
Or how about at yesterday’s press conference where Fauci went after the press and explained Trump and him are basically saying the same thing with respect to the promise of the drugs but studies needed to be completed to verify they worked.
Or how about at today’s press conference where Fauci again had Trump’s back and Trump praised Fauci.
The comments about Fauci on this discussion board are crazy. I think to many of you are getting sucked into what the anti Trump press is reporting.
Is there any way to watch Trump’s press conference today without the Epoch Times commercial? I have an ad blocker that usually eliminates these things.

Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), said Sunday the American public shouldn’t worry about the coronavirus outbreak in China.
