Boy i’ve known very few criminals who were low risk.
It usually just meant they got caught for one of the lesser crimes they committed.

If there is cov-19 risk in prison then doesn’t the release of prisoners shift that risk to law-abiding people in society?

Like someone who got caught evading taxes and got a 20 year sentence?
Or the street criminal who was caught with a illegal weapon and some weed and got his sentence plead down to just possession 2 years in and 2 years probie and will be back in the system within 6 months after release?
