Well we’re up 2500 cases and 35 deaths today. Appears we are just beginning the vertical climb,
By the way son’s friend works at CDC, says expect interstates to be closed soon.
By the way sons friend works at CDC, says expect interstates to be closed soon.
That is an absurd rumor. Back it up.
“says expect interstates to be closed soon”
Oh ya? Wait till they pull that crap and see what happens.
Today they claimed that the state is considering closing all places that serve perishable foods-that includes truck stops.
Where the hell they think these truckers are gonna go to get showers and use the toilet..not to mention get food?
You will see more **** spread along the major highways than in San Fran.
How would they like that?
Either your friend is full of crap, or CDC is losing their minds.
If the highways are closed, how is food going to get moved? How is supplies going to be delivered to hospitals.
Not at all. Starting MAR 2, our numbers of newly reported cases are:
25, 24, 34, 63, 98, 116, 106, 163, 290, 307, 396, 550, 696, 737, 983, 1748, and 2846 for today...
that's a pretty consistent run of about +25-35% per day for the last 11 days...
actually, it's 35%, 44%, 6%, 23%, 28%, 21%, 6%, 44%, and 39% .
That's not a spike today, that's a constant rise... for 11 days... where most of the other major victim nations have had that kind of rise for 13-17 days... again, showing we might be near a plateau... maybe... could be...
How many die each day?
How many die of the common flu?
How many are killed...by murderers?
Your post is not relevant.
And not very smart.
Makes no sense.
“By the way sons friend works at CDC, says expect interstates to be closed soon.”
$100 donation to FR says it won’t happen.

Have any other info or link on the closing?
One data point. Let's see more.
And... that's it? ALL traffic? Essential? Commercial vehicles? Food? Fuel?
We are our own worst enemy when it comes to spreading FUD.
I worked at the CDC for seven years as a Federal Contractor.
Fully 80% of us worked on projects unrelated to Infectious Diseases, and those that did, would neither have the ability to shut down interstates, nor information thereof.
I believe your son’s friend said what he said, but he’s just full of shit.
