Italy reported its first death on 2/21. 16 days later they reported 233 deaths.

The US reported it’s first death on 3/1. 16 days later we reported 70 deaths.

We aren’t Italy.

Right. It shows that the US health system can keep very sick people alive longer. They still die - just not as soon.

The thing that has me curious is that there are strong Chinese communities in Boston, NY, and San (and other places in the country.). Out of these hundreds of thousands of people, none of them went home during Lunar New Year?

Why hasn’t then been “significant” hot spots there? Not because of any racial component—but because they were more likely to have travelled there.

We have the flight records...I wonder if they are being tracked and tested? Even just for research purposes.
