And he rightly should. But doctors are NOT public information professionals and they are NOT macroeconomists. IMHO a lot of the chaos is due to the fact that Pence’s task force is really, really heavy on doctors and lite everywhere else.
Get on TV several times per day with calm briefings to reassure people. Tell them no need to ransack Walmart like he did yesterday. THAT would really help. Not tweets that cause many people to say WTF. Some people see “God Bless the USA” as a call to prayer and patriotism. Others read that as “gawd, we’re f***ed”.
