My daughter heard a rumor the other day that the National Guard was going to shut down Seattle and martial law would be declared.
I told her it was a RUMOR.

I’m hearing a rumor of a nationwide shutdown tomorrow, except for food stores and pharmacies. We’re obviously headed that way. I agree. Yesterday afternoon I got the distinct impression all transportation was going to get shutdown within 48 hours also, and that lines up with a nationwide shutdown.
Illinois mobilized the National Guard Sunday afternoon, today friends in downstate Illinois said they'd seen National Guard trucks on the highway.
