Italy IS NOT the United States. Geez...why do people compare countries. Shutting down international travel is/was enough. For Pete's sake it's a virus. We deal with viruses everyday; flu viruses and cold viruses are part of life. THIS is nothing but fear mongering in order to rearrange our lives and make government bigger and spend MORE money.

Oh, I don't know? Maybe it's much higher death rate, it's exponential growth rate, the fact we have no immunity to it, the infection lasts longer, etc. Did you really not know that before posting this comment?

Thankfully, it does appear most are taking this seriously - we may just avoid having our entire healthcare system crash and flatten this curve despite people like you who have their heads stuck in the ground or elsewhere ignoring reality. You share many traits with the far Left in that regard.
