Yep - but people think they just did it to spite Trump.

What they do not understand (because - don't know - maybe they are just truck drivers and just listen to Rush all day followed by Hannity?) is that there is this little thing called a "National Strategy for Pandemic Influenza -Implementation Plan." THAT is what Pence's Team is using. They coordinate with ALL of these people and make recommendations to the state JOCs and governors and the leagues - etc.

Pence's team is the QB. The call the play from the National Strategy for Pandemic Influenza playbook. IF the states and local officials want to call an audible - then that's on them. If the team calls a pass on 3rd and 15 and the state - or the NBA wants to run the ball - and they fail - then that's on them. I worked this stuff for three decades at some of the highest levels - during Katrina - Swine Flu and all sorts of stuff. I know how it works.
