What they need to do is expand the testing. They supposedly have a million tests available but they aren’t using them. My wife says that one of her former colleagues thinks she’s got it but they won’t test her because she hasn’t traveled. That is nuts. They should use all 1 million tests before the end of the month and manufacture another 1 million tests to replace them. Who makes this decision? Or is it just total chaos?

****************

If you’ve ever worked inside a massive bureaucracy you know the answer. Add a ‘chaos multiple’ to that because of all of the health releated bureaucracies involved in the Cornonavirus issue. Not surprisingly, its a mess.

Bureaucracies consist of countless layers of personnel, offices and functions and are rarely, if ever, proactive or efficient. Yet we keep expanding and multiplying them.
