Once Biden is nominated Trump will absolutely put Ukrainian corruption front and center. If Pelosi wants to impeach again about Ukraine, I’m sure Trump would love to see it. The dems giving Biden a free ride on Ukraine has let it slip from page one but that’s not going to last.
It would backfire big time. When an indictment was returned on Iran Contra that merely named George HW Bush, this contributed to his losing the election, but it was done by a special prosecutor who said “oops.” For POTUS to bring up a criminal matter a part of the campaign, however, would be to politicize the matter, which would go against the presumption of innocence, and the swamp would jump all over it. It would have to be after he wins reelection, at which point Biden and son would properly be toast.

Biden is a non prosecuted felon in 2020.
There was no chance Hillary was going to be indicted in 2016 with Obama’s DOJ. The verdict is not yet in on 2020. But they don’t have to indict Biden before the election, they only have to publicize that an investigation is underway.
