Hmmm...has the high school student been vaping some things he should have stayed away from?
I believe that means a positive test result, from a test other than the CDC’s?

Pretty much saying that 20% will be hospitalized...can’t stop it. Can just wash hands and try to prevent it.

Presumptive - I bet they have severe flu symptoms but aren’t testing positive for the flu.
There may be something else that clues them in. But you know they see lots of flu, so what makes them single these out?
So now we are treated to an article about presumptive Corona cases. And TWO of them at that!
They are admitting that as they test they’re going to find more and more.
It means the county tested them positive and are awaiting results from CDC.

No they have local tests now and this means they tested positive locally. They have to wait for cdc to test to stop being presumptive.
This is looking like trouble.
If they stop testing they will find less and less. ;-)
