Flat out lies levelled at President exposed by AP
Democrats / NYT are blaming President Trump for the spread of the Coronavirus to the US, despite the fact that he presided over enhanced border controls and blocking flights from infected areas weeks ago.
The AP noted that both Bloomberg and Biden are flat out wrong in claims that Trump cut resources for the CDC and NIH.
The fact check report states:
Democratic presidential contenders are describing the federal infectious-disease bureaucracy as rudderless and ill-prepared for the coronavirus threat because of budget cuts and ham-handed leadership by President Donald Trump. That’s a distorted picture. For starters, Trump hasn’t succeeded in cutting the budget.
He’s proposed cuts but Congress ignored him and increased financing instead. The NIH and the CDC aren’t suffering from budget cuts that never took effect.
In addition, the budget cuts proposed by Trump had absolutely nothing to do with Coronavirus prevention preparedness, and were related to Ebola virus response, which was no longer needed at such high levels because the threat from the virus in the US has faded.
“Some Democrats have charged that Trump decimated the nation’s public health leadership, but [John Auerbach, president of the nonpartisan Trust for America’s Health] said CDC’s top scientific ranks have remained stable during the past three years.” the AP fact check notes.
Nevertheless, Democrats will willingly distort the facts and lie to the public to score political points.
During Thursday’s Democratic debate, Bloomberg claimed “There’s nobody here to figure out what the hell we should be doing. And he’s defunded CDC, so we don’t have the organization we need.”
Biden claimed “We increased the budget of the CDC. We increased the NIH budget. … He’s wiped that out. … He cut the funding for the entire effort.”

Trump didn’t invent this virus and blaming him for it will go over like a led balloon come November. The media has actually gone bonkers these past 3+ years trying to tear down Trump and now they think they have a silver bullet with this virus hysteria... They don’t. Trump will come out smelling like a rose, because he always does.
The only good news... This story takes Bernie’s campaign and his likely winning of the Democrat nomination off the 24 hour news cycle. Maybe if people don’t know Bernie is the Democrat standard bearer Democrats may show up to vote.

The people suffering from the Coronavirus aren’t the only “sick” people around. The Democrat Party and many of its fanatical followers, the leftist media, Hollyweird “actors” and writers, many educators, and lots of politicians are DAMNED INSANE over the virus.
It is like blaming Trump when Mt. Pinatuba, Vesuvius, and the Philippino volcano that destroyed Subic Bay, were all caused by Donald Trump just by his very existence.
There is a “Pandemic” illness in America and its the “Pathological Hate Virus” that infects most Democrats. There is no cure except “reeducation Soviet style”, “the Wall”, or more padded cells, as well as abolishing the Democrat Party.
Harsh situations require harsh measures and I’m sure the Dems would kill us all (thanks to Bill Ayres’ planning) who oppose their totalitarian desires and actions.
