As an aside, marijuana is outlawed federally. The feds (FDA, USDA, etc) have no protocol in place to inspect growing conditions. Marijuana growers can use any kind of crap to grow their dope. Even, literally, human crap.

Yes, just as Prohibition-era bathtub gin was of unknown composition. I think that was clearly an argument against Prohibition, not for it.
